Trip to Italy!

As part of their Latin studies, pupils from Years 7, 8 and 10 traveled to Naples to explore the legendary ruins of the cities of Pompeii and Herculaneum. They discovered the fascinating history of the deadliest and most spectacular eruption of Vesuvius in 79 AD. They also explored the Campania region with a visit to Naples, they tasted local dishes, and even made sorbet with the famous Sorrento lemon!
